The Metro Snow Kids Project

Caring Cancer Trust is delighted to have partnered with Vos Media Ltd in 2009 to create the exciting Metrosnow Kids Project.

In April 2010 we are taking a group of kids recovering from cancer on an Alpine Snow Adventure holiday and teaching them to ski or snowboard.

Our Metrosnow Kids Ambassador Jenny Jones, UK snowboard champion and X Games Gold medallist, will be there to give her own special expert advice.

The project promotion kicks off at Vos Media's the Metro Ski & Snowboard Show, 2009, (21-25 October, at London Olympia). We intend to expand the project each year, giving something back to those who have been through such a traumatic and tough period in their early life.

This is the first of Caring Cancer Trust's planned winter and summer programmes for therapeutic and revitalising Adventure holidays for Kids who have suffered from Cancer trauma.
